Build or increase familiarity of the life cycle of a pursuit – from the moment the RFx arrives to debrief after contract award. 

Learn how to identify key aspects and uncover additional intel to improve chances of winning.

  • Build a bid infrastructure (tools and templates, team members)
  • Go beyond obvious requirements and look for hints
  • Exploit key words
  • Interact with Procurement to request changes and clarifications
  • Incorporate amendments
  • Set up your response
  • Write the executive summary and cover letter
  • Read and review
  • Ensure compliance
  • Prepare for Orals
  • Examine outcomes through debriefs
